everyone wants me to do something on the 18th. its ridiculous. here's a list of the things that i've been asked to do on saturday:
1. a wedding for a couple in muncie
2. pictures for a conference at the islamic center
3. the covered bridge festival with mike and his parents
4. a burn for the fire department
5. family pictures for some friends
6. ysa regional activity
7. hanging out with friends that are on fall break from college
8. going to chicago to the freightfest with my cousins
9. family pictures for some people from latchkey
i was thinking there was something else too that i'm missing, but there is so much going on this weekend, its ridiculous. if the wedding doesn't happen, then i'll be going to the burn because it's kind of my job now. so many things, so little time..

mike: skunk whisperer
so mike had a weird dream last night that he was in his back yard and a kid came out of the trees behind his house. all of a sudden there were some skunks there too. a mom skunk and a baby skunk. and apparently mike could hear their thoughts. hahaha. and after a few minutes of the skunks chasing the kid, he got sprayed. mike tried to warn him and in doing so, attracted the skunks. and he ran to his house where he was safe. and then the baby skunk came up to his door and was talking to him. lol. it was really weird, but hilarious when he told me.

general conference
its that time of year again...general conference. i love it. listening to the general authorities is so inspiring. i love to listen to their counsel, especially the prophet. he's so amazing. this year for conference amanda and reo and mike and alex's friend meghan came over and we all watched it at my house with my family. inbetween sessions we had lunch/dinner. mom made chicken enchilladas and cornbread. it was amazing. i can't wait until the talks come out in the ensign.
